The cleaning service was not good at all. Our room was not clean when we arrived, and we had to ask them to come and clean it.

We had a fantastic time at this place. The location is perfect for enjoying the mountains, with ski lifts nearby and stunning views of the Sharr mountains. The service was exceptional, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, offering a welcome drink upon our arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar. We also loved having a terrace and dining table to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

We spent our New Year's Eve at this hotel and it was truly a great experience. the hotel location was fantastic, very close to ski lifts and hiking trails, making it perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. the breakfast was delicious and rich, providing us with enough energy for our activities. the staff were also very friendly and professional, always willing to help with anything we needed. the indoor pool and spa center were a great way to relax after a long day of exploration.

Our room had very limited storage space, making it a bit difficult to keep everything organized. getting to the hotel was a bit challenging as the roads leading to it were in bad condition and there was no public transportation available.
